IMPORTANT PAYMENT REMINDERS

• Always include the family representative's full name with every payment.
• Submit payments using the payment method selected during registration.
• If making multiple installment payments, use the same payment method whenever possible.
• Keep your payment confirmation for your records.
• Please allow time for payments to be received and recorded.
• You will receive a confirmation via text or email from us to verify receipt of payment.

PAYMENT PLANS & DEADLINES

All reunion registration balances must be paid by May 1, 2027.

OPTION 1 – PAY IN FULL
Full registration payment due January 10, 2027.

OPTION 2 – TWO INSTALLMENTS
First payment (50%) – January 10, 2027
Final payment (50%) – March 15, 2027

OPTION 3 – THREE INSTALLMENTS
First payment – January 10, 2027
Second payment – March 15, 2027
Final payment – May 1, 2027

For the three-installment plan, the first payment must be at least $75 per adult or senior and $35 per child.

You are free to send any installment payments before the listed deadline dates.  However, please make sure all payments are submitted by the applicable deadlines to ensure that vendors are paid on time.
